Job description

Job Title: Production Specialist- Electrical
Position Description: The Electrical Production Specialist is responsible for the installation, routing, assembly, and testing of electrical systems within mobile medical coaches. This role supports the production process by ensuring all electrical components and wiring systems are installed accurately, safely, and according to engineering specifications, healthcare standards, and company quality requirements.
This position plays a critical role in building fully functional mobile medical units by collaborating with production, engineering, and installation teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and experienced working with electrical systems and production equipment.
Essential job duties include but are not limited to:
  • Install, route, and secure electrical wiring, conduit, and harnesses throughout mobile medical coaches
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and production work orders
  • Install electrical panels, breakers, outlets, lighting, switches, and other electrical components
  • Assist with installation and wiring of medical equipment and support systems
  • Perform electrical troubleshooting, testing, and quality checks
  • Ensure all electrical work meets company quality standards and applicable codes
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, testing meters, and electrical equipment safely
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve electrical or installation issues
  • Maintain organized work areas and properly manage electrical materials and tools
  • Communicate material shortages, design concerns, or production delays to supervisors
  • Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards
  • Frequently bend, kneel, climb, and work in confined interior spaces
  • Maintain a strong attendance record
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Education:
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Electrical certification, trade school training, or related education preferred
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Ability to go up and down ladders often
  • Prolonged standing, walking, and working in a warehouse/production environment
  • Ability to work inside production facilities and confined unit interiors
  • Comfortable operating electrical tools and production equipment
Additional requirements:
This is a full-time position. Employees are expected to work a general schedule of 8 hours per day, 5 days per week. Employees may be required to work beyond the standard schedule to meet the deliverables and expectations of the role.
