Location: Jeffersonville, IN (Near Fabricon Boulevard Industrial Area)
Pay Rate: Starting at $25.00/hour (Negotiable based on experience)
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
TRG Staffing Solutions is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician for a leading manufacturing facility. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for a dependable, self-motivated individual who enjoys hands-on work and has experience across multiple maintenance trades.
We're looking for an individual who can independently complete a variety of facility maintenance and repair tasks while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Job Responsibilities
  • Perform routine inspections of the facility and identify maintenance needs.
  • Complete general building maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
  • Perform basic plumbing repairs, including sinks, toilets, drains, and water lines.
  • Complete light electrical work within your qualifications.
  • Repair and maintain drywall, paint, flooring, and ceiling tiles.
  • Assist with office moves, equipment relocations, and facility modifications.
  • Perform grounds maintenance and general upkeep of the property.
  • Maintain inventory and complete required maintenance documentation.
  • Follow all company safety, GMP, SQF, and Food Safety policies.
  • Support production operations while minimizing downtime.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of facility maintenance, building maintenance, or general construction experience preferred.
  • Experience with painting, drywall repair, flooring, ceiling tile installation, and general HVAC maintenance.
  • Basic plumbing and light electrical experience.
  • Experience with pumps, compressed air, or hydraulic systems is an asset.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel); SAP experience is a plus.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Comfortable standing, walking, climbing ladders, bending, kneeling, and performing physical work throughout the shift.
  • Ability to work both indoors and outdoors as needed.
