About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Laborer to join our team in the construction industry. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on the job site, including but not limited to, carrying materials, digging trenches, and operating machinery. Your main goal will be to ensure that the job site is safe, clean, and efficient.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Experience working in the construction industry
  • Knowledge of basic construction tools and equipment
  • Ability to work in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience operating heavy machinery
  • Certification in construction safety
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
  • Experience with concrete work
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

Responsibilities:
