Job Description

Responsible for the overall labor coordination for a shift of production, using various labor systems. Daily activities include but are not limited to: Checking for absences, approving vacations, verifying that cost centers are appropriately managed, developing and posting all labor schedules including maintaining overtime schedules and records. 

This position requires excellent customer service acumen with our hourly employees, with the ability to remain calm under pressure, utilize proper judgment and enforce policies and procedures when necessary. 

Qualifications
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of MS Office suite are required. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written are essential.  
  • Organization skills, multi-tasking, prioritization, and attention to detail are required.
