What You Bring

  • Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license

  • Proficiency with Excel and Word

  • Experience with scheduling software (Hosted Time preferred)

  • Solid understanding of AHCA regulations

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to balance employee needs with facility demands

Your Role

  • Design and manage staffing schedules for nurses and nursing assistants

  • Partner with HR to communicate staffing needs and updates

  • Interpret HR policies for nursing staff; coordinate training schedules with the Director of Nursing

  • Adjust schedules as needed to cover call‑outs, absences, and leaves

  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, time off, and recommend corrective actions when necessary
