How will you do it

We provide factory certification through our Service Technical Academy (STA) with milestone recognition and monetary rewards and advancement. You will have direct access to Factory Technical Support. We will equip you with the safety equipment, uniforms, tools, cell phone, technicalequipmentand vehiclerequiredfor your job.

Servicemenmust have two years practical working experience in residential, light commercial or commercial mechanical equipment. You maybe requiredto satisfactorilypass an examination toidentifyyour skills and knowledge.ServicemenmayassistJourneymen in the repair and service of centrifugal, absorption, screw and scroll chillers.


You will perform maintenance, repair and replacement services on commercial heating and cooling systems and recommend solutions to ensure facilities are running efficiently.You willidentifyenhancements that will provide customersystemsreliability and sustainability at the time of service and provide labor and material quotes to support your recommendations. We provide incentives for executed recommendations you quote.You willparticipatein weekend, night, and holiday call out service on a rotating basis.

What we look for

Required

  • Adherence to the company Safety Program.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Two (2) years Commercial and/or industrial, mechanical troubleshooting experience in the HVAC industry.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of the maintenance and repair of three phase Commercial HVAC equipment, RTU's, Heat Pumps and Fans

  • A valid driver's license

  • EPA Universal Refrigerant Certificationrequired.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Be willing to join the UA of Plumbers and Pipefitters.

Preferred

  • Five (5) years of Commercial and or industrial work experience in the HVAC industry

  • Demonstrated knowledge of the maintenance and minor repair pumps, VFD's, Air Handling Units, and Rooftop units.
