Texas Steakhouse is looking for a Shift Leader who has experience in the restaurant industry. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, and who is able to lead a team. We want someone in our Front of House who can communicate our guest's needs to the other management and to Back of House, and can create a relationship with our guests that will keep them wanting to come back.

The Hourly Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the daily operations of a retail or service environment, ensuring that all hourly employees are effectively managed to meet organizational goals. This position is responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service, operational efficiency, and team productivity during assigned shifts. The Hourly Manager acts as a key leader on the floor, providing guidance, support, and motivation to hourly staff while addressing any issues that arise promptly and professionally. They collaborate closely with senior management to implement company policies, manage schedules, and drive sales performance. Ultimately, the Hourly Manager ensures a positive work environment that fosters teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a retail or service environment.
