  • Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs during labor.

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

  • Assist in emergency situations and perform life-saving procedures.

  • Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.

  • Educate patients and families on childbirth and postpartum care.

  • Participate in continuous professional development and training.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and reports.

  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.

Experience/Qualifications

  • Current RN license with specialization in labor and delivery.

  • Minimum 2 years experience in labor and delivery nursing.

  • Proficiency in fetal monitoring and neonatal resuscitation.

  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.

  • Strong ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations.

  • Excellent communication skills for patient and family education.

  • Understanding of hospital policies and safety protocols.
