TEMP-TO-PERM OPPORTUNITY (SERIOUS CANDIDATES ONLY)

Position Details

  • Position: Medical Technologist (MT/MLS) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)
  • Department: Laboratory
  • Setting: Acute Care Hospital
  • Schedule: Mondayโ€“Friday
  • Shift Options:
    • 11:00 AM โ€“ 8:00 PM
    • 12:00 PM โ€“ 9:00 PM

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to work the entire laboratory bench independently

  • Process, analyze, and report laboratory results according to established procedures.
  • Maintain quality control and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory instrumentation.
  • Participate in blood bank, hematology, chemistry, coagulation, and microscopy workflows.
  • Accurately document results within Cerner EHR and laboratory information systems.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and healthcare teams to support patient care.
  • Ensure proper specimen handling and adherence to safety and infection control guidelines.
