HR Representative Seasonal (September 2026 - January 2027)

Shift: First Shift Monday-Friday 9:000AM-5:00PM, Overtime may be required

The HR Representative role is a seasonal role that will carry no full time benefits.

Join our team as a Seasonal HR Representative and play a vital role during our peak season! This short-term role will lead both strategic and tactical HR activities, making an impact during our busiest times of the year. In this role, you'll provide generalist HR support, and may be involved in various HR initiatives and project teams.If you're looking to enhance your HR experience and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!

  • Employee Relations and Engagement:
  • Serve as an advocate and counselor for hourly and exempt associates.
  • Drive initiatives and activities that enhance site climate and culture.
  • Organize and facilitate employee engagement events.
  • Meet with associates to address issues, concerns, and feedback to promote a positive work environment.
  • Conduct internal investigations, but would partner with site HRM on all investigation outcomes.
  • Compliance:
  • Implement HR policies that comply with statutory regulations and align with internal and external best practices.
  • Ensure adherence to regulations, policies, and laws related to HR activities.
  • Oversee the administration of audit activities to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Growth:
  • Provide feedback and coaching to managers, actively listening and asking clarifying questions regarding associates.
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new hires to familiarize them with company policies, culture, and expectations.
  • Cyclical Activities:
  • Administer and action plan activities related to the annual Employee Opinion Survey (EOS) process.
  • Enter and maintain data in the HR Management System (HRMS) and Kronos systems.
  • Support annual Open Enrollment process for benefits.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in HR or a related field preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, compliance, and best practices, preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, required
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently, required
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle sensitive situations, required
