Job Summary – Kronos Functional Consultant (Dallas, TX, Onsite):
- Gather and analyze business requirements to design and deliver Kronos Workforce Management (WFM) solutions.
- Configure and implement Kronos products, including Workforce Central (WFC), Workforce Ready (WFR), or UKG Dimensions.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and payroll teams to optimize and streamline workforce management processes.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems related to timekeeping, scheduling, and payroll interfaces.
- Provide end-user training and create documentation for Kronos applications.
- Support system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations with third-party applications.
- Work with technical teams to develop custom reports and dashboards.
- Stay current with Kronos best practices and new features to recommend ongoing system improvements.
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and provide client-facing support as needed.
- Ensure smooth ongoing operations and support for Kronos systems.
