Role: SAP HCM SuccessFactors LMS
Location: Houston, TX
Duration: 6+ Months
Job Description:
• Total 6-8 years of experience in SAP HCM with 2-3 years of experience in deploying SuccessFactors Learning Management systems (3-4 end-to-end deployments).
• Conversant with Learning management as process and industry practices.
• Experience in conducting design workshops, requirement gathering and configurations & Testing.
• Understands integration requirements between BizX and LMS, can advise on SSO and use of SFTP. Knowledge of web services and API's used to migrate inbound and propagate outbound learning data across an enterprise. Good exposure to data & content migration for LMS.
• Conversant with SAP Launch Methodology to deploy SuccessFactors LMS.
• Must have been in client facing roles with excellent communication and consulting skills
