Job description

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $40.00hr - $45.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP).
  • Deep understanding of Plan-to-Manufacture (PTM) business processes.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP HANA.
  • Proven expertise in business process design, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience conducting fit-gap analysis and translating business requirements into SAP solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead workshops and collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.
  • 8+ years of SAP PP experience, including SAP S/4HANA PTM process design and implementation.
  • Manufacturing Industry domain experience (Discrete, Process, Industrial Manufacturing, Consumer Products, or related sectors).
  • Experience working in large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, or transformation programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements across the complete Plan-to-Manufacture lifecycle.
  • Design and define end-to-end PTM processes aligned with SAP S/4HANA best practices.
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions with business and IT teams to understand current-state and future-state manufacturing processes.
  • Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend process improvements to maximize SAP standard functionality and minimize customization.
  • Configure and optimize SAP S/4HANA Production Planning processes, including Demand Management and MRP.
  • Manage Production Planning, Material Staging, and Shop Floor Execution.
  • Oversee Production Order Processing, Confirmations, and Cost Settlement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with related SAP modules.
  • Support solution design, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
  • Provide guidance on manufacturing process optimization and industry best practices.
  • Create functional specifications, process documentation, and training materials as required.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with SAP Design Studio.
  • Strong background in manufacturing process optimization initiatives.
  • Knowledge of discrete and/or process manufacturing industry practices.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation or implementation projects.
  • Familiarity with integration touchpoints across Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules.
  • Prior experience in client-facing consulting engagements.
