Job description

Job title: UKG Kronos Techno-functional Consultant
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
3-10 years of hands-on experience as a Kronos Consultant with a strong focus on UKG Pro Workforce Management (Kronos Dimensions).
Experience in configuring Kronos for Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, Attendance, Activities, and Attestation.
Experience in setting up Kronos Clock Terminals and troubleshooting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and can handle client interaction.
Demonstrated ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to Kronos and integration components.
Maintain Business Structure setup and troubleshoot Intouch Devices.
Proficient in setting up Manager Access requests.
Knowledgeable in reviewing, creating, and modifying Employee Groups, Labor Category Profiles, Labor Category Entry lists, and Organizational Sets.
Knowledgeable in configuring new person records and understanding the concept of Function Access Profiles.
Monitor daily, weekly, and biweekly interface jobs to ensure timely imports and accuracy of data inputs.
Perform troubleshooting activities using hyper-find queries, genies, and reports. Monitor the Transaction Assistant daily and resolve any issues.
Provide training and documentation to end-users as needed.
Good to have skills:
Boomi certification or UKG-specific certifications.
Experience in SQL Programming Knowledge
Experience in Agile Methodology
Roles & Responsibilities
Perform hands-on technical design, IRD/IDD preparation, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, and development tasks for Kronos/UKG implementation projects.
Ensure solutions are scalable and meet overall business requirements; identify and document technical gaps.
Conduct code reviews with Technical Leads to ensure developed code meets customer business requirements.
Coordinate with onshore/offshore teams, manage personal task assignments, and take ownership of assigned deliverables. Track tasks, deliverables, risks, and issues, and report to management as needed.
Monitor and drive issues to resolution.
Participate in validation/testing and release activities as needed.
Document design and code consistently throughout the design/development process. Prepare and deliver demonstrations/presentations to client audiences and professional peers.
