Job description

Job Summary
Responsible for administering and supporting enterprise Wintel and VMware environments with strong hands-on experience in live P1 troubleshooting, storage and filesystem management, and close coordination with multiple teams and customer stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and support Wintel environments including Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
  • Manage VMware infrastructure including ESXi, vCenter, and full VM lifecycle management
  • Lead and participate in live P1 troubleshooting calls involving Wintel, VMware, and other operating systems
  • Perform root cause analysis across OS, virtualization, storage, and network layers
  • Conduct packet-level troubleshooting using tools such as Wireshark
  • Manage and support storage technologies including SAN, NAS, RAID, and LUNs
  • Perform filesystem management and performance tuning
  • Support enterprise backup and recovery solutions such as Veeam, Rubrik, Cohesity, or equivalent platforms
  • Work closely with multiple technical teams to drive issue resolution
  • Interact directly with customer stakeholders during critical incidents
  • Operate in 24x7 production environments with strict SLA and availability requirements
