Job description

CHEF FOR HONG KONG KOREAN BAR-B-QUE CONCEPT
I'd like to put out some feelers for a new area that our client are looking to recruit for, a chef that is a subject matter expert in Korean Cuisine.
This candidate can be Korean but also does not have to be. I know there are many experts in the US who are not of Korean descent.
While we don't have an exact concept in mind yet, we are looking for someone to drive a NEW Korean division or run a Korean restaurant, most likely Korean BBQ, like Cote in New York City. We currently do not have any Korean restaurants in our company of 40 independent operations, so this could be an incredible opportunity for someone to get their foot in the door and really drive something.
