Overview

BlueWater Federal is looking for an Information Knowledge Manager to support the Joint Staff J6 Coalition Interoperability Assurance and Validation Office.

The mission focuses on improving interoperability between U.S. forces, Combatant Commands, Services, Agencies, and coalition mission partners through Mission Partner Environment (MPE) assessments, interoperability analysis, testing, standards evaluation, and coalition information-sharing initiatives.


Responsibilities
  • Provide IKM services to support JS CIAV activities, to facilitate the flow, management, and utilization of JS CIAV analysis.
  • Provide support to contract activities, to facilitate the flow, management, and utilization of analysis.
  • Capture, structure, disseminate and store analysis to enhance productivity and ensure product quality is achieved.
  • Update and maintain organized internal file structures/plans on multiple unclassified and classified networks.
  • Maintain an organized external file structure on a classified network, allowing stakeholders and customers to access final products.
  • Ensure all final products are stored in an organized fashion in this file structure, following direction of the government lead.
  • Conduct reviews of draft products, to ensure quality, accuracy, formatting, spelling, grammar, and clarity is achieved prior to submitting to the government lead for final review and approval.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years supporting military operational activities in an Information Knowledge role.
  • Must have an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
