Knowledge Manager
The Opportunity:
When an organization has multiple moving parts in its processes, it can be difficult to critically examine them. To be more efficient and effective, it needs a business process spe cia list to learn its mission end-to-end and provide ways to change for the better. That's why we need a business process spe cia list like you who can analyze every aspect of your customer's operations and give them the steps to improve their process.
As a business process spe cia list on our team, you'll analyze your client's current operating environment and identify areas for improvement. You'll analyze discussions with leadership and developers that will help refine your client's definition of success and identify current f rus trations. You'll work on the design of data collection plans, facilitate workshops, and communicate your research and illustrative analysis using knowledge management tools to help establish understanding and agreement from key stakeholders.
On our team, you'll use process improvement frameworks to provide your client with recommendations along with a firm grasp of the quantitative or qualitative results they can expect. This is your chance to gain experience in AI governance while furthering your process improvement and project management skills.

You Have:
  • 3+ years of experience providing knowledge management support to enable information sharing among analysts and organizations by creating a knowledge management framework, including designing processes and protocol for storing, accessing, and updating information
  • Experience leading and directing various teams to achieve high-performance outcomes with DoD or IC agencies
  • Experience leading process improvement and modernization efforts to enhance governance, optimize business functions, improve AI capabilities, and promote collaboration
  • Experience developing and delivering executive-level communications, including briefings, talking points, and strategic project plans, to inform senior leadership decisions
  • Knowledge of business application sof tware for presentations, word processing, and SharePoint-based websites, including Micro sof t Office Suite
  • Ability to provide senior program and project management support, including assisting with developing strategic plans, policies , SOPs, and organizational performance met rics in a manner that enhances organizational efficiency, reduces time spent searching for information, and supports data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to lead organizational e nga gement, facilitating meetings and data working groups, representing the directorate to IC and DoD partners, and providing actionable insights through met rics analysis and performance assessments
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • Bachelor's degree in a Business or Management field and 3+ years of experience in a program management, all-source or IC operations, or cross-functional business analysis role, or 7+ years of experience in a program management, all-source or IC operations, or cross-functional business analysis role in lieu of a degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
