Key Responsibilities:

KBR seeks a Knowledge Manager to support the CAPE Joint Data Support (JDS) Division. CAPE JDS is a multi-source funded and OSD CAPE managed organization responsible for identifying, collecting, developing, analyzing, managing, and disseminating historical, current, and future years U.S. and Non-U.S. forces inventory, capabilities, and deployment data (including planning, programming, and acquisition data) supporting collaborative study teams guided by the Analysis Working Group (AWG). JDS develops standardized data products and analytic tools to support Joint analytic efforts focused on Senior Leader decision support. Additionally, JDS supports AWG led SCI/SAP/SAR studies and analyses.

Knowledge Manager (KM) focuses on the day-to-day execution of JDS's knowledge and content management procedures and internal JDS administrative support. The contractor provide business process management and office support by:
Coordinating organizational calendar, project tracking, and conference schedules.
Supporting meetings of management bodies held at JDS
Providing all necessary support to facilitate or present at meetings, seminars, symposia, workshops, working group meetings, and off-sites.
Providing ad hoc external admin support to and content management for relevant partners and organizations within the strategic analysis community.
Collaborating with programmers and JDS government on website design, development, maintenance, and improvement.
Developing production timelines, collaboration, data management and visibility for study activities, and products.
Coordinating conference room and Video Teleconference (VTC) requirements.
Receiving and handling visit access requests.
Coordinating acquisition of office supplies.

The KM also provides support to the Analysis Working Group (AWG) by:
Managing and maintaining AWG website and related content.
Collaborating with programmers and AWG leadership on website design, development,
maintenance, and improvement.
Work with AWG leadership to build and oversee the annual AWG budget budgets.
Managing and maintaining AWG budget tool.
Providing collaboration support for new projects as specified by AWG leadership.
Coordinating organizational calendar, project tracking, and conference schedules.
Providing support for AWG meetings of management bodies.
Providing all necessary support to facilitate or present at meetings, seminars, symposia, workshops, working group meetings, and off-sites.
Coordinating conference room and Video Teleconference (VTC) requirements for AWG meetings, conference, workshops, etc.
Receiving and handling visit access requests on behalf of AWG.

In addition, the contractor shall:
Collect, compile, and analyze customer feedback monthly to improve quality of all product/service offerings and overall customer satisfaction.
Monitor and evaluate internal data signals and customer feedback weekly to improve support processes, implement improvements, and measure effectiveness.
Work with JDS product and support teams to develop and implement product/service improvement strategies.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Top Secret

  • BA Degree

  • A minimum of eight (8) years of knowledge/content management and administrative experience in at least two (2) of the following areas:

    1. Administrative Support: Expertise in executive customer service, administrative support, scheduling, project management, relationship building, and communication.
    2. Content Management: Expertise in content creation/curation, strategic writing/communication, copywriting, marketing, and DoW access control.

  • Knowledge Management: Expertise in change management, data analysis, database management, large-scale content curation/management, and DoW business/content processes.

  • Additionally, candidates shall have demonstrated expertise in Structured Query Language SQL to extract, analyze, and manage metadata across large-scale enterprise content repositories and DoW databases and business processes.

Desired:

  • TS/SCI Clearance with SAP

Scheduled Weekly Hours:

40hrs

Basic Compensation:

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

VA Compensation is $160,000-$169,000K.

Additional Compensation:

KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
