Job description

Accenture Federal Services is seeking mission-oriented people to join our team. We are looking for experienced Knowledge Management specialists to join our team and client(s) to support the planning, development, execution and analysis of full spectrum cyber operations. This person will be able to independently develop executive level briefings and documents aligned to identified priorities to support engagements, materials, and information for senior client leadership.

What you'll do:

  • Post, edit, distribute, and maintain appropriate content on client's websites/portals
  • Develop and maintain an accurate, consistent, repeatable process for responses to official questions through Request for Information (RFI) tools by collecting, consolidating, and preparing written responses to external RFIs or internal queries from leadership
  • Manage, create and maintain records in compliance with client records management policies and directives
  • Organize data and security groups, establish file structures such as shared drives, organizational boxes, and distribution lists to ensure information is captured and stored in locations accessible to various user groups
  • Develop TTPs for coordinating the flow of information and working with training branches to periodically test these TTPs during exercises
  • Attend and actively participate in the regular Knowledge Management Working Group meetings and any other conference/meeting requiring KM representation while achieving or maintaining the required command KM training
  • Assist in establishing the command, KM priorities and the mission objectives
  • Assist in developing performance measures to provide quantifiable evidence of the progress towards those priorities on a quarterly basis at minimum as directed by KM Program guidance or on an ADHOC basis within requested timeframes or appropriate time allocation/communication by leadership
  • Facilitates the use of a Workload Management System (WMS) by examining existing business processes and assessing operations to identify and, as indicated by findings, the need or refinements to ensure timely and effective monitoring, prompt identification of which client's elements (and other partners) should be involved in the development of responses to taskers, documentation of tasking, and allocation of responsibilities and actions
  • Identify areas for improvement and technology solutions to assist in information discoverability, information sharing, and policy management
  • Improve collaboration across all command functional areas and optimize the efficiency and effectiveness across the command's KM program

What you'll need:

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma
  • 3 years of experience with knowledge management
  • Experience drafting formal military correspondence such as Memorandums, Policy Letters and formal executive level communication

Bonus Points if you have:

  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office software specifically SharePoint and Power BI
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, manage, and execute duties efficiently and within established timelines
  • Experience utilizing task management tools such as JIRA and Confluence
  • Highly organized, flexible multi-tasker; strong attention to detail/organization; excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated initiative solving problems in past roles and responsibilities
