We are seeking a Web Content Manager to support IC-facing digital communications, website management, and AI-focused content development. This role requires a highly experienced professional with strong WordPress administration skills, strategic communications expertise, and demonstrated experience producing AI-related content and customer-facing digital materials. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Maintain and update website content using WordPress * Draft, edit, and publish AI-related blog posts and website articles * Conduct research on emerging AI technologies, trends, and industry developments * Curate and highlight relevant articles, announcements, and customer-facing content * Develop and distribute newsletters and strategic communications materials * Coordinate content schedules and ensure timely publishing * Support light project management and stakeholder coordination as needed * Ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and editorial quality across all communications REQUIREMENTS: * TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph * Minimum 10 years of experience administering and managing WordPress websites * Strong writing, editing, and strategic communications skills * Experience researching and producing content related to Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies * Knowledge of content management, digital communications, and newsletter development * Microsoft AI Fundamentals certification or equivalent AI foundational knowledge * Minimum 15 years of experience supporting Intelligence Community (IC) or government customers * Minimum 15 years of experience in project management and strategic communications * Ability to work independently in a part-time, customer-support environment * Strong organizational and stakeholder coordination skills Join a mission-driven team advancing government and intelligence data initiatives.
