KMC EQUIPMENT , BRYAN TEXAS is seeking a talented, experienced and driven Equipment Rental Representative to join our Rental Equipment team. Are you a self-motivated individual seeking a position with unlimited growth potential? The kind of person who gets satisfaction from a job well done and paid for ? Then this is the opportunity you've been looking for! We are in need of an Equipment Rental rep familiar with but not limited with knowledge of : Telehandlers , Forklifts, Scissor lifts , Mini X’s , Skid Steers and Boom Lifts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone highly motivated to help grow our rental product line from the ground up.Lucrative Commission and base pay will be offered.

Responsibilities:

  • Work heavily to generate rentals with new and current customers.
  • Generate new customers leads
  • Document demands for additional equipment needed from customers to grow our rental line.
  • Opening and closing rental contracts .
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest rental equipment KMC has added
  • Create sales material to present to customers.
  • Maintain ongoing knowledge of new products, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Submitting detailed commission reports by the deadline.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience and knowledge in equipment rentals and sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms.
  • Knack for customer service with a personality that customers look forward to dealing with.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Deadline and detail-oriented. Time management and organization is a must.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual is a plus, but not a requirement.
