Job description

Position Description:
Part time student employee expected to have the following expectations:

Position Duties:

Learn currently available AI tools within OEM
Learn new AI tools as they are deployed
Develop practical uses for AI tools to drive value to OEM inside the Bowling Green, KY Assembly plant
Teach / Train BG employees in AI tools
Develop AI agents to perform tasks inside of BG Assembly

Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED and is currently enrolled in an undergraduate program
Years of experience: focused more on education instead of previous job history, most of the candidates will likely not have any experience, looking at their major/classwork and any projects they have worked on

Bonus:
Any level of coursework or project work that is in the AI space

Soft skills:
Eager/active learner - learn on their own and not always told what they need to do
Want someone who is interested in learning AI tools
Self-starter
Good communication skills - interacting with people at different levels
Someone that can deal with ambiguity well - thrive in an environment with minimal structure
