Job description

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Acts as liaison between District Managers, Dealer Network Specialist, Regional Sales Director and other Kawasaki departments for DSSA updates, GM Amendments and terminations within region.
  • Collaborates with Regional Admins to maintain real time updates of the regional and national dealer contact list.
  • Prepares and reconciles bank statement transactions for the review and approval for Regional Sales Director and District Managers using Concur.
  • Prepares routine internal correspondence during order periods to maintain dealer compliance.
  • Maintains electronic filing system in accordance with Information Governance policy through Sharepoint of every dealer within the region.
  • Answer and directs regional telephone calls.
  • Assist with travel coordination for all regional team members.
  • Ensures weekly/monthly reminders are issued timely for the collection of weekly itineraries for regional team members.
  • Compiles and maintains statistical reports and spreadsheets (Sales plans, vehicle order periods, market share, and Cognos queries).
  • Orders and maintains office supplies for team members as needed.
  • DMV knowledge of state sales / distributor license requirements for Regional Sales Director and District Managers.

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required; a Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent from a four-year college or Associate's Degree is preferred. Minimum two years related experience and/or training in an administrative support environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, you must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The items listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
  • Solid knowledge of Office365. Including Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook. Experience with mail merge in Word and creation of pivot tables and charts in Excel.
  • Ability to learn internal systems such as Cognos, Tableau and the dealer package portal for the critical dealer transactions for the review and workflow approval of ownership changes such as Buyouts, Ownership Changes, Terminations, Agreement Renewals, General Manager assignments.
  • Exhibits excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrates the ability to successfully prioritize and organize multiple, competing tasks.
  • Extremely detail and deadline oriented.
  • Brings energy and enthusiasm to group or team efforts.
  • Approximate percentage of travel required: 2%

Salary: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour
