POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Reporting to the Head Chef, the Kitchen Assistant supports the chef and cooks in their duties. They participate in the preparation of cold dishes and desserts, cut and peel vegetables and fruits, plate dishes, prepare meal carts, and participate in the maintenance of equipment and the kitchen with the rest of the team.
Schedule: Part-time, temporary, day shift.


ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Peel and cut vegetables for meals
