Builds and executes an annual territory business plan.

Responsible for direct territorial budgets, constantly evaluating to improve ROI.

Monitors distribution of all Red Bull products and ensures that there are no out of stocks, through communication and training of the distributor reps in the territory.

80% of the time is spent in field, calling on accounts.

ASSET MANAGEMENT

Ensures that all POS items are tracked, staged, and displayed appropriately (clean and in proper working condition).

Plans territorial POS forecast, to achieve business objectives.

Fills, rotates, and faces all Red Bull in coolers during every visit to maximize sales.

Qualifications

Established contacts within the industry, or the ability to make them quickly and smoothly.

Experience in the beverage industry, gastronomy, hospitality, catering, marketing, and sales is highly preferred.

Able to work flexible hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays, and excel with autonomy.

Strong ability to navigate the technical landscape of iPhone and iPad, various custom applications, and programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

You possess a strong understanding of sales processes and can analyze sales and customer data, draw the right conclusions, and develop initiatives offering maximum value for both Red Bull and the customer.

Creative, solution-oriented mindset. “DO IT NOW” attitude.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.

A valid driver’s license and clear drivers abstract.

Post Secondary Education – Sales and Marketing preferred.


Additional Information

The expected annual base salary range for this position is $76,500 to $78,000. The actual base salary for this position will depend on various factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience and work location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of Red Bull’s bonus plan.
