Job Title: Logistics Associate
Location: Goleta CA
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Pay Rate: $25/hr on W2
 
Job Description:
As a Logistics Associate you will support the Goleta, CA logistics team and perform key Logistics processes. 
You will be required to work independently and provide high quality work while maintaining efficiency and accuracy. 
You also will be required to adhere to all safety standards, wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment while performing specific tasks, and follow all department rules and regulations. 
You will be receptive to teamwork, collaboration, and communication as these are key attributes to your success.
 
Main functions of this role: 
Stocking material, kitting material, cycle counting material, and packaging/shipping material while transacting all functions in Raytheon’s SAP system.
 
Required Skill Sets: 
Experience in a warehouse environment, ability to follow safety guidelines, warehouse management system experience (SAP preferred)
 
Desired Skill Sets: 
Excellent verbal and written communication, Excellent organizational and time management skills, Ability to work in a fast-paced demanding environment where multi-tasking is required 
 
Years of Experience Required (if any): 5+ 

Education Level Required: High School Diploma required; associate degree Preferred.
