About the Role
We're looking for a relationship-driven Account Manager to join our Irvine team. In this role, you'll manage and grow a book of business made up of real estate investors, working to understand their goals and connect them with off-market opportunities that fit their portfolio strategy. You'll be the trusted point of contact for your clients, building long-term relationships while playing a key role in how we grow our investor network. This is a great fit for someone with a passion for real estate, a natural ability to build rapport, and a drive to deliver real value to the people they work with.
Compensation: $60,0000 base, $120,000+ OTE.
Responsibilities
• Manage and nurture an active book of business comprised of real estate investors
• Develop a deep understanding of each client's investment goals, criteria, and portfolio needs
• Match investors with off-market property opportunities that align with their strategy
• Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, maintaining consistent and proactive communication
• Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and grow your book of business
• Collaborate with our acquisitions team to stay current on available inventory and upcoming opportunities
• Maintain accurate client records and activity logs in our CRM
• Meet monthly and quarterly targets for client engagement and closed transactions
Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in account management, sales, or a client-facing role; motivated recent grads with a strong interest in real estate are encouraged to apply
• A natural relationship builder who genuinely enjoys understanding people's goals and helping them achieve them
• Comfortable having consultative conversations with investors and high-value clients
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple client relationships at once
