Job description

Ignite Visibility is a leading US-based digital marketing agency in San Diego, California, and we are looking for an Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager plays a critical role in driving the success, growth, and retention of Rallio's key brand partnerships. This individual serves as a strategic advisor to brand executives and is responsible for maintaining strong relationships while delivering measurable business impact. This role is client-facing and requires expertise in presentation and effectively speaking and engaging clients. The ideal candidate is both relationship-driven and results-oriented, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders, identify growth opportunities, and execute strategic initiatives.

This is a full-time Remote position and is available to U.S. eligible residents. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for assigned brands, owning executive-level relationships and overall account health

  • Partner with brand leadership to align on goals, key initiatives, and long-term growth strategies

  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance performance, increase engagement, and expand Rallio's footprint within each brand

  • Drive client satisfaction and retention through effective communication, performance reporting, and relationship management

  • Collaborate with regional and local stakeholders to ensure successful activation and adoption of Rallio's programs at all levels

  • Plan, schedule, and lead monthly and quarterly business reviews, trainings, and educational webinars

  • Represent Rallio at client conferences and industry events, including travel and speaking engagements

  • Own revenue growth within assigned accounts by identifying upsell opportunities and effectively positioning Rallio's products and services

  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Support, and Leadership teams to advocate for client needs and influence product roadmap decisions

  • Analyze performance metrics and deliver strategic recommendations to continuously improve results


Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, client success, or digital marketing (preferably within multi-location or franchise environments)

  • Proven ability to manage and grow enterprise-level client relationships

  • Strong leadership skills, with experience mentoring and guiding team members

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging executive-level stakeholders
