Your Role: Grow and Manage strategic Key Accounts across North America
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will manage and expand a portfolio of key accounts across North America. Acting as a trusted partner, you'll align customer needs with Deville Technologies innovative solutions, ensuring long-term satisfaction and growth.
You will develop tailored account strategies, build strong relationships with decision-makers, and identify new opportunities within existing clients. Working closely with engineering, marketing, and service teams, you will oversee projects from concept to delivery, ensuring exceptional customer experience. You will also represent Deville Technologies at customer sites, trade shows, and industry events to strengthen our presence and showcase our expertise.
Your Main Responsibilities
Sales & Relationship Management
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with key accounts to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop tailored account strategies and sales plans for each client.
  • Track opportunities in the CRM and maintain an accurate sales pipeline.
  • Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and technical discussions with client decision-makers.
  • Provide detailed account reports and forecasts.

Marketing & Industry Engagement
  • Represent Deville at trade shows, industry events, and customer sites.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on targeted campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Adapt communication styles to technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.

Project & Technical Support
  • Partner with internal teams to coordinate trials, testing, and project implementations.
  • Attend client technical meetings and provide feedback to engineering and product teams.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement
  • Monitor KPIs, sales metrics, and market trends to refine account strategies.
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM data and prepare full pipeline reports.

Your DNA for the Role
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years in B2B industrial sales, ideally in equipment or technical solutions within the food processing or manufacturing sectors.
  • Education: University degree in engineering, science, or business (or equivalent experience)
  • Sales Expertise: Proven success managing complex sales cycles from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
  • Customer Focus: Consultative, proactive, and focused on building long-term client relationships.
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfortable navigating mechanical, electrical, and process-related concepts.
  • Communication Skills: Clear, persuasive, and adaptable communicator across diverse audiences and formats.
