Job description


Title: Account Coordinator

Summary of position:

The Account Coordinator reports to the local Account Manager and is responsible for

assisting with the implementation of new projects and maintenance of existing

hardware/services at key accounts. New projects typically include working with key

stakeholders in hospital enterprises to ensure success. Day to day activities will include the

maintenance of hardware within a hospital, working with hospital staff to ensure customer

satisfaction, and exploring additional growth opportunities with the Account Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with Account Manager and stakeholders on new/existing projects
  • Provide after-sales support to retain customers
  • Manage hardware installed throughout facilities
  • Ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients’ queries
  • Build strong client relationships through regular communication
  • Report on the status of accounts to Account Manager

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Logistics, or another related field
  • Recent college graduate OR up to five years-experience in a customer facing role
  • Ability to act independently and professionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work with key stakeholders
  • Operations/Project Management background preferred
  • Excellent listening, verbal communication, and organization skills
  • Passionate about technology and innovations, driven by technical & commercial disruptive challenges
  • Enthusiasm and initiative to work independently AND as part of a team
  • Customer-centric, open-minded approach to problem solving and result-focused with ability to work under pressure
  • Familiarity MS Office Suite, included MS Teams, Outlook and Excel
  • Ability to utilize common hand tools
