Key Account Director - Escrow Real Estate and M&A

Birmingham - Onsite

Ebury Institutional services institutional clients with a range of treasury products including transactional accounts, escrow, FX risk management, cash management, and international payments.

The Key Account Director - Escrow Real Estate and M&A will be responsible for growing Ebury's escrow client base across the UK with a focus on the Real Estate and M&A. The key focus will be on commercializing our escrow capabilities by partnering with various ecosystem players including law firms, real estate brokers, investment bank origination teams, and financial advisers.ย ย 

Responsibilities

  • Outbound sales to new partnership opportunities and prospective partners to build a robust network of "Gatekeepers," including law firms, M&A attorneys, investment bankers, and real estate developers.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with partnersย 
  • Manage end-to-end sales process of new clients referred to by partners
  • Deliver agreed sales and revenue targetsย 
  • Analyze complex deal structures to recommend tailored escrow and paying agency solutions
  • Work closely with the onboarding, legal, and mid-office teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new deals.
