Account Manager / Onsite Account Representative

Wage: $55,000–$65,000

Position Overview

We are seeking a high performing Account Manager to serve as our onsite representative for a key customer. This role owns the full customer relationship and daily staffing operations at the client site, while also handling recruiting for that account. You'll be the face of our team onsite, working closely with both the client and job seekers to keep hiring and staffing running smoothly.

This is a fully onsite position.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onsite representative for a designated customer
• Build strong relationships with client supervisors and leadership
• Manage daily staffing needs, including attendance tracking, headcount alignment, and shift check-ins
• Conduct floor walks and maintain visibility with both client and associates
• Address employee relations issues and escalate when necessary
• Ensure compliance with safety, onboarding, and client-specific requirements
• Attend customer meetings and provide regular updates

Recruiting

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for the account
• Manage full-cycle recruiting: job postings, candidate outreach, interview scheduling, and onboarding coordination
•Maintain consistent pipeline activity to meet fill-rate goals
• Utilize ATS and internal systems to track candidate progress and hit performance goals
• Deliver a strong candidate experience from first contact through placement

Qualifications

Recruiting/staffing industry or customer-facing experience preferred (staffing industry a plus)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and not technology averse

Schedule & Work Environment

100% onsite at assigned customer location
Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (some flexibility may be needed to support client and hiring needs)
