Job description

The Executive Account  primary objective is to pursue new sales opportunities and to profitably manage the sales activities for the assigned key Integrator/Partner or regional accounts.  This objective will be met by recruiting, training, and maintaining relationships through continual liaison with and support of key Integrator contacts to achieve corporate Integrator/Partner sales goals. 


  • Develop new Integrator/Partner business through prospecting and networking
  • Implement sales plans for the assigned Integrator accounts by coordinating personal sales activities with appropriate Wynright associates
  • Develop and implement sales strategies necessary to profitably outsell the competition
  • Lead the sales process with assigned key account as necessary to profitably meet or exceed sales goals
  • Represent Daifuku/Automotion with assigned sales activities such as industry trade shows, industry trade organizations, Integrator/Partner training, etc.
  • Travel as required (approximately 30-40%) to properly support the Company and sales needs

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience material handling sales to the distribution or manufacturing market
  • Technical or sales proficiency in the Warehouse Controls Systems, controls, and mechanical elements highly preferred
  • Ability to assess the client’s material handling assets to maintain system reliability and extend mean time to failure
  • Thorough understanding of the details, features, and benefits of all Wynright technology
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and, after training, Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings
  • Ability to analyze and solve customer material handling requirements
  • Ability to interact with Wynright and Daifuku technical and engineering teams to help ensure the suitability of the recommended solution
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
