TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

Location: Deerfield, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:$60000 - 72000 base + Bonus

Position Overview-The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, assess, and hire top talent across the organization. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and deliver a positive candidate experience while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and culture.

The Contribution Youll bring to this Role:The ideal candidate will bring a proactive and strategic approach to attracting top talent to the organization. This individual will demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset, strong collaboration skills, and a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate and new hire experience. The Recruiter will build strong partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders to support hiring initiatives while helping drive efficient, effective, and scalable recruiting processes. This role reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager and operates in a hybrid work environment assigned to our Deerfield, IL office.

What Youll Do at Justrite:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer coordination.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, team dynamics, and hiring priorities.
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and talent pipelines.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and organizational fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
  • Prepare and extend employment offers in partnership with HR and hiring leaders.
  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and applicable employment laws.
  • Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, candidate flow, and hiring effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Support employer branding and recruiting initiatives to strengthen talent attraction efforts.
  • Participate in career fairs, networking events, and other recruiting activities as needed.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in talent acquisition
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience recruiting internationally a plus
  • Proven ability to partner with the business to match talent to organizational strategies
  • Experience using an ATS, expert using key job boards and social avenues to obtain talent
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices, particularly relating to candidate experience & employer brand
