Job Qualifications

Marion Jr./Sr. High School is seeking a Main Office Receptionist who is a certified typist through Wayne County Civil Service or meets the qualifications for the Typist title. Marion has established a strong tradition of being a top-performing school within the region. The Main Office Receptionist is a critical member of our team who often is the first voice or face that members of the learning community interact with. Moreover, they will support building security and student safety by managing student attendance records and visitor building entry. To fulfill Marion’s vision of being the leader in growing future-ready generations, they are seeking a friendly, welcoming, and organized Main Office Receptionist. This is a ten-month position with possible additional days during summer break to prepare for the return of students.
