About the Role:

Perpay is seeking a driven Analyst to join our team as a key player in growing our impact on our customers' financial futures. You will take on a pivotal role in breaking down complex business problems from across our organization, using data to uncover the factors at play, and formulating recommendations to help us take action intelligently.

In this role, you'll collaborate broadly and present your insights directly to company leadership. Your ability to think critically, dive deep into data, and communicate insights effectively will have a lasting impact on our organization's success. With the freedom to independently drive projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, you'll play a central role in building data-informed strategies that enhance our business.

  • Deliver Executive-Ready Recommendations: Translate analysis into clear, compelling recommendations, presenting them directly to senior leadership and influencing decision-making at the highest level.

  • Support Business Growth: Develop analytics-backed strategies to grow our impact, improve operational efficiency, and unlock opportunities for our customers and organization.
  • Build Scalable Solutions: Contribute to the development of self-service BI tools and dashboards that empower teams to make data-informed decisions.
  • Thrive in Ambiguity: Drive projects forward with minimal direction, navigating uncertainty with creativity and determination to uncover solutions.

  • Experience framing and then solving problems through data analysis and quantitative thinking
  • Experience with Python and SQL
  • Impactful internship experience
  • Ability to communicate recommendations effectively verbally and in writing
  • Comfort in driving a project forward independently amidst ambiguity and change
  • Ability to collaborate and build trust in a team setting
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience presenting to C-Level executives
  • Experience at a startup (especially in financial technology)
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools e.g. Domo, Power BI, Tableau
