Job Description:

A prestigious asset manager is seeking a Junior Project Manager to join their growing team! The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in Financial Service and will have exceptional technical/data analysis skills with a strong understanding of Market/Vendor Data. This individual will be reporting directly into the CFO of the firm and will be working on a large-scale system implementation from PeopleSoft to SAP. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, assisting with data manipulation, sourcing, analysis and reconciliation. This is a tremendous opportunity to join a rapidly growing firm!
Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with multiple groups, including Finance and IT โ€“ working heavily with senior management
  • Assist in converting the Accounting/Finance divisionโ€™s internal system from PeopleSoft to SAP
  • Perform data manipulation, sourcing, analysis and reconciliation
  • Support functional tasks of PeopleSoft and SAP for Accounting/Finance Department

Job Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience
  • Knowledge of FX and experience with FX asset classes
  • Project/Business Management skills
  • Strong communication skills and individuals who have experience with client interactions and stakeholders
  • Strong technical skills, including Excel โ€“ Pivot Tables SWIFT
  • Previous change initiative success

Compensation:

  • $80,000 - $110,000
