Construction Project Manager – Contract Opportunity | Princeton, IN | $50–$55/Hour


Reliance One is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead ground-up and renovation capital projects from concept through closeout. This role is ideal for a construction professional with experience managing complex, multimillion-dollar projects in industrial, manufacturing, automotive, warehouse, or commercial environments.


Position Details:

• Contract opportunity

• Location: Princeton, IN

• Pay Rate: $50–$55/hour


What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead ground-up and renovation capital projects ranging from $2M–$30M+

• Manage projects from feasibility and design development through construction and closeout

• Coordinate feasibility studies, due diligence, construction documents, design reviews, bidding, and procurement

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project

• Manage project budgets and forecasts within Procore

• Prepare project updates and executive-level status presentations

• Lead competitive bidding and scope awards for architectural, engineering, and general contractor services

• Develop detailed scopes of work and owner project criteria

• Monitor contractor performance against cost, schedule, safety, quality, and project requirements

• Lead jobsite meetings and coordinate consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders

• Review shop drawings, submittals, contractor inquiries, and payment applications

• Manage project changes, mitigate scope creep, and communicate cost and schedule impacts

• Coordinate with IT, AV, Security, Operations, and plant teams throughout project execution

• Oversee contractor quality-control and safety programs

• Walk jobsites, identify constraints, and drive field issues through resolution


Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of construction project management experience

• Experience delivering ground-up and complex capital projects ranging from $2M–$30M+

• Experience leading projects from initial concept and design through construction and closeout

• Strong knowledge of construction engineering, scheduling, shop drawings, submittals, and quality control

• Advanced experience with Microsoft Project, Procore, Excel, and Bluebeam

• Strong budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and project reporting experience

• Ability to lead project engineers, contractors, consultants, and safety personnel

• Experience managing multiple construction projects simultaneously

• Experience with light industrial, warehouse, office, automotive, manufacturing, or comparable facility projects

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and change-management skills


Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP certification

• OSHA certification

• Manufacturing or automotive facility construction experience

• Experience preparing safety documentation and enforcing construction safety standards
