The Project Manager will lead large-scale commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, managing budgets, schedules, client relationships, and project teams. Client Details Our client is a nationally recognized, employee-owned construction management firm with more than a century of construction excellence and over $2B in annual revenue. The Raleigh office is currently in a major growth phase, combining the autonomy and visibility of a smaller office with the resources, stability, and project opportunities of a top-ranked national contractor. Description Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final turnover Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and financial reporting Coordinate owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams Oversee procurement, buyout, and subcontractor management activities Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Maintain client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues impacting schedule or budget Support project forecasting, risk management, and reporting efforts Mentor and assist junior project management staff as needed Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget Profile 8-12 years of construction project management experience preferred Ground-up commercial construction experience required Healthcare, Higher Education, or Life Sciences experience strongly preferred Strong commercial project experience will also be considered Experience with established regional or national general contractors Ability to manage complex projects independently Strong financial management and client-facing skills Local Raleigh market experience preferred; relocation considered Stable career history with strong tenure Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from USD 120.000 to 165.000.
