Klickly is seeking an intelligent, organized, detail-oriented, and highly motivated “A-Player” to join the team as a Junior Project Manager supporting our Revenue organization, encompassing Sales, Partnerships, and Account Management. This role will be responsible for assisting in the coordination and execution of key customer onboarding, partner workflows, and account-related processes, and is ideally suited for individuals with strong operational instincts and a passion for structured project management. You will help shape the processes that keep enterprise customer relationships and revenue-driving initiatives running smoothly, while ensuring timely communication, documentation, and partner support. Prior project management or accounts experience is preferred, but exceptional organization and follow-through are musts.


Essential functions:

  • Assist in managing active workflows and partner projects across Sales, Partnerships, and Account Management workstreams.
  • Schedule internal and external calls, including prep meetings, client check-ins, pipeline reviews, and recurring program reviews.
  • Maintain project trackers, notes, timelines, and action items with impeccable organization and version control.
  • Oversee shared inbox management, ensuring timely routing, responses, and follow-ups across revenue teams.
  • Track conversations and next steps across internal teams and external partners/clients.
  • Support the intake, prioritization, and documentation of new revenue-related work requests.
  • Help ensure deadlines are met by monitoring progress and flagging risks or blockers early.
  • Assist with light operational tasks such as preparing client recap emails, organizing files, updating dashboards, and consolidating feedback.

Desired experience and skills:

  • 1–3 years experience in project coordination, operations, account support, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and process-oriented working style with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with consistent follow-through.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, self-starter mentality and comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • Familiarity with project management platforms (Asana, Jira, Monday, etc.) is a plus.
  • Ability to work discreetly and professionally on confidential, revenue-sensitive programs.
