About the Role

We're hiring a Product Engineer to join our nimble, high-impact team. As a generalist, you'll work across the stack-shipping core product features, scaling systems, and improving the user experience. You'll use cutting-edge tools, including AI-powered development environments, cloud-native platforms, and fast feedback loops to accelerate delivery and improve quality.

What You'll Do
  • Build Full Stack Features: Architect, implement, and ship production code across mobile (React Native), backend (PHP/TypeScript), and infrastructure.
  • Use AI to Accelerate Development: Leverage state of the art generative AI tools  to prototype, debug, and automate faster.
  • Contribute Across Surfaces: Tackle UI polish, system performance, backend logic, and operational tooling with equal enthusiasm.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work directly with design, product, and operations to define requirements and ship user-facing improvements.
  • Own Quality & Maintainability: Write clean, testable code and help establish practices that keep the codebase healthy as we grow.
What You BringMust-Haves:
  • 2-10 years of engineering experience, ideally with fast-moving product teams
  • Experience building full stack apps with React, Typescript, and a server side language like PHP, Python or Ruby
  • Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Vercel, Cloudflare, etc.)
  • Strong product sense and an eye for good UX
  • Comfort using AI tools to boost productivity and reduce repetitive work
  • High agency and ownership mindset-you ship and unblock yourself
  • 5 days a week in our SoHo NYC office
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Proficiency in React Native and mobile development workflows (Expo, OTA updates, etc.)
  • Experience with mobile performance optimization and observability
  • Familiarity with GraphQL and REST API design
  • Background in hospitality, luxury, or marketplace products (bonus points)
  • Comfort with SQL, Redis, and deployment workflow

Compensation is based on your experience and the scope of the role. Final compensation is based on factors like experience, location, and internal equity. This role also includes equity and a full suite of benefits. Typical base salary ranges are:
