This role offers the opportunity to build impactful product experiences within a fast-moving, remote-first engineering team.
You will work across the full product lifecycle, transforming ideas and prototypes into polished, customer-facing solutions.
The position combines strong engineering skills, product thinking, and close collaboration with design and product teams.

Accountabilities:

As a Product Engineer, you will take ownership of building and improving product experiences from initial concepts to production-ready solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, intuitive, and high-quality features while contributing to continuous engineering improvement.

  • Develop and enhance AI-powered product capabilities by integrating new data sources, tools, and workflows.
  • Extend product interfaces with new components, functionality, and user experiences.
  • Create complex React-based interfaces that are performant, reliable, maintainable, and well tested.
  • Bring product capabilities to new platforms and experiences, including browser extensions, desktop tools, and automated communication channels.

  • Contribute to engineering practices that improve reliability, collaboration, and delivery speed.
  • Participate in technical discussions, pairing sessions, operational improvements, and initiatives that enhance customer experience.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced product-focused engineer who combines strong technical fundamentals with a passion for creating outstanding user experiences. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, owning projects independently, and making thoughtful engineering decisions.

  • Strong experience building modern web applications and customer-facing products.
  • Solid knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and React development.
  • Experience designing and implementing complex user interfaces and interactive experiences.
  • Ability to work across frontend and backend systems to deliver complete product solutions.
  • Strong product mindset with the ability to understand user needs and translate them into practical solutions.
  • Experience working with modern backend technologies such as Node.js, databases, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered applications, data integrations, or workflow automation is a plus.
  • Experience with technologies such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kubernetes, Google Cloud, or similar platforms is beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and take ownership of projects from concept to delivery.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills within remote, cross-functional teams.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote work environment with flexibility to work from your preferred location.
  • Opportunity to build products with direct customer impact and visible results.
  • Competitive salary package and equity opportunities.
  • Supportive remote-first culture focused on trust, ownership, and collaboration.
  • Budget support for home office setup or coworking spaces.
  • Regular team off-sites to strengthen collaboration and team connection.
  • Minimum two months of parental leave.
