We are currently seeking a Contract Product Manager - DTC Ecommerce to own the roadmap and day-to-day execution for a high-traffic direct-to-consumer ecommerce platform. This role is focused on site usability, conversion optimization, and the overall subscription shopping experience. You will translate customer behavior and data into a prioritized roadmap, partnering closely with Engineering, Design, and Marketing to take high-impact initiatives from concept to launch.
Our client is a well-established, fast-growing direct-to-consumer grooming and personal care brand known for its disruptive DNA and innovative approach to subscription ecommerce is looking to add a Contract Product Manager to their team. With a loyal customer base and an expanding product lineup, this organization sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer experience - and is looking for someone who can drive real impact on their DTC ecommerce site from day one.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Own and prioritize the product roadmap and backlog for a DTC ecommerce site focused on usability, conversion, and subscription experience
  • Lead discovery and delivery of site usability improvements informed by session replay analysis, qualitative research, and quantitative experimentation
  • Build and maintain a rigorous A/B and multivariate testing program to continuously improve conversion and engagement metrics
  • Develop data-driven business cases for roadmap investments including projected impact on conversion, engagement, and revenue
  • Apply AI tools and platforms to product discovery, solution design, and workflow automation
  • Serve as internal authority on subscription platform capabilities - identifying gaps and opportunities in the Shopify Plus and subscription management stack
  • Write clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the engineering team
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Creative, Analytics, and Marketing to align roadmap priorities with business objectives
