Responsibilities include:Manage day-to-day stewardship of client business
Develop media plan recommendations across both tactical and high-impact/custom activations to meet client goals
Support and analyze campaign performance, delivering insights, key takeaways, and optimization recommendations
Manage budgets, flowcharts, and campaign pacing to ensure fiscal accuracy and alignment with client objectives.
Guide junior team members in developing clear, strategic RFPs to inspire innovative and first-to-market media partner proposals
Maintain visibility into all active projects across planning, digital, and investment teams
Respond to client needs with speed, clarity, and professionalism
Assist in building project timelines and coordinating cross-team inputs to ensure deadlines are met
Skills required for this position:2.5+ years media planning & buying experience at a media agency
Working knowledge of full-funnel, cross-channel media including Digital (Search, Social, Programmatic, Video, Content, Display), Print, TV/OTT, OOH, and Audio
Ability to recommend and implement innovative channel and process improvements
Strong analytical skills with ability to evaluate digital performance and report on KPIs across multiple tactics
Proven negotiation skills that drive incremental value for clients
Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, DoubleClick/DFA, Google Data Studio, Prisma, etc.
Ability to build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with media partners
Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
Collaborative team player with a consultative mindset and willingness to challenge the status quo
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent attention to detail
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
Financial Services experience preferred but not required
$70,000-$82,500
