Job description

Corporate Marketing Director

Multi-Location Automotive Group (15+ Rooftops)
Confidential | Growth-Oriented Leadership Role

Role Overview

We are seeking a Corporate Marketing Director to build and lead the marketing function for a 15+ location automotive group serving a predominantly Hispanic market. This role is ideal for a forward-looking, entrepreneurial leader who wants to design strategy, own execution, and scale impact over time.

The right candidate is both strategic and hands-on—capable of creating structure, driving performance, and developing culturally relevant marketing that resonates authentically within Hispanic communities. This is a long-term leadership opportunity within an organization committed to sustained year-over-year growth.

What You’ll Own

  • Design and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy across paid media, organic content, community engagement, and OEM programs.
  • Build and lead organic content strategy, including social, video, and local storytelling tailored to Hispanic audiences.
  • Set execution standards and ensure consistent performance across multiple rooftops and brands.
  • Lead a community outreach team focused on authentic partnerships, visibility, and brand trust.
  • Own monthly marketing performance reporting, translating data into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership.
  • Maximize manufacturer advertising reimbursement and co-op programs, ensuring compliance while capturing all available funds.
  • Partner closely with operations, finance, and store leadership to align marketing investment with profitability and growth.

Who Thrives in This Role

  • Experience leading marketing in multi-location environments (automotive strongly preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Hispanic consumer behavior, bilingual or bicultural messaging, and culturally relevant content.
  • Comfortable operating at both strategic and execution levels.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward building, testing, and improving systems.
  • Seeking a long-term leadership role, not a short-term campaign position.

Why This is THE Opportunity

  • Competitive executive-level compensation, commensurate with experience
  • Performance-based incentives aligned with group growth
  • Generous PTO and benefits package
  • High autonomy and decision-making authority
  • Direct access to executive leadership and ownership
  • Ability to build teams, systems, and strategy from the ground up
  • Stable organization with a clear commitment to long-term growth and reinvestment
  • Potential re-location budget or remote opportunities, candidate dependent
