Job Description:

Contribute to the strategic direction of the business and support impactful mission outcomes as a Tactical All Source Threat Intelligence Analyst at GDIT. Here, you'll enable the success of the most critical government missions and the growth of a meaningful career.

This is a 5-year federal contract and requires the ability to work a 24/7/365 operational shift schedule to support this customer's mission.

***Candidates MUST be open to working 8 pm to 6 am, on either a 4 day Wednesday to Saturday, or Sunday to Wednesday schedule. ***

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
Apply and train junior personnel in both qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques to aggregate, assess, and analyze threats, intelligence reporting, personal identifiers, and biometric data, and draw logical fact-based recommendations and conclusions in accordance with TSC Standard Operating Procedures and Guidelines.

Demonstrate knowledge and applications of management principles and administrative processes, including communication channels, record-keeping, correspondence routing, and organizational structure.

Possess strong oral and written communication skills to effectively present findings, ask probing questions, and collaborate with staff to gather mission-critical information and train more junior Intelligence Analysts in the same.

Extract, analyze, and synthesize intelligence data from multiple complex sources to support threat analysis, screening, and support for TSC Unit Operations; train more junior staff in related best practices.

Consistently apply complex guidance and standard procedures, and perform additional assigned duties as needed including training and quality assurance of more junior staff.

Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
Experience: 2+ years of related experience
Security clearance level: Applicants must possess a current (in-scope) Top Secret security clearance or higher. Only individuals who meet this requirement can be considered for this position.

The likely salary range for this position is $72,250 - $97,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
