- Design collection plans and recommend operational approaches based on mission objectives, available resources, and collection priorities.
- Evaluate operational courses of action and provide recommendations regarding collection feasibility, effectiveness, and associated risks.
- Utilize technical collection systems and Intelligence Community capabilities independently and collaboratively to satisfy intelligence requirements.
- Assess collected intelligence reporting to determine effectiveness, identify collection gaps, and recommend adjustments to collection strategies.
- Collaborate with all-source analysts to identify new and emerging intelligence requirements.
- Continuously update and refine collection plans based on changing operational priorities and intelligence reporting.
- Submit and manage collection requirements supporting:
- Human Intelligence (HUMINT)
- Signals Intelligence (SIGINT)
- Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT)
- Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT)
- Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT)
- Plan, coordinate, and synchronize collection support for both Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) operations.
- Conduct research and analysis of ongoing operations using all-source intelligence to support collection planning.
- Coordinate with legal, technical, analytical, counterintelligence, and other government organizations to ensure operational integrity and compliance.
- Provide operational guidance and collection management support throughout the intelligence lifecycle.
- Prepare and deliver intelligence collection briefings, status updates, and operational recommendations to Government leadership.
- Perform additional duties as assigned in support of mission objectives.
Required Skills:
