The Jr. Accounts Payable Specialist contributes to AHF by ensuring timely and accurate processing and payment of a high volume of invoices. The Junior Accounts Payable Specialist will possess strong communication and customer service skills; must be able to work with vendors and internal and external customers in a professional manner.
The Jr. Accounts Payable Specialist enhances the reputation of AHF by maintaining strong vendor account relationships.
You will be a passionate advocate for our top initiatives.

AHF has a collaborative organizational structure where staff are accountable to multiple leaders.
The Jr. Accounts Payable Specialist will work as a part of a close-knit team to ensure timely responses to all inquiries and requests. Consistent application of AHF's internal financial policies & payment processing procedures and adherence to internal controls in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles. He/ She ascertains that all requisite support documentation and approval is obtained prior to payment.
