Position Summary

Premier Global Links LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support our hiring and talent operations. This role is responsible for coordinating interviews, maintaining applicant records, communicating with candidates, and supporting the recruitment process from initial application through onboarding activities.

The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment while providing an excellent experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate candidate interviews and hiring schedules.
  • Communicate with applicants throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Assist recruiters with candidate sourcing and pipeline management.
  • Prepare interview documentation and recruitment reports.
  • Coordinate onboarding documentation and hiring logistics.
  • Maintain confidentiality of candidate and company information.
  • Support recruitment process improvements and administrative tasks.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • 1+ year of recruiting, HR, administrative, or coordination experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
