Job Description

Allied Universal® is hiring a Senior Regional Recruiting Manager. The Senior Regional Recruiting Manager is responsible for leading a team of recruiting managers and/or recruiters that source and drive a pipeline of qualified applicants to the Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS) for Security Professional Positions.  The Senior Recruiting Manager will ensure all recruitment processes, practices, compliance, technology, community resources, and tools are used in the field to source quality candidates into open positions in a timely manner.  They will also maintain or exceed Non-billable Overtime (NBOT) and security professional turnover.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Direct all recruiting activities in the region and ensure:
    • Approved high volume recruitment process is followed for improved time to fill
    • An adequate number of qualified candidates are identified and screened
    • Creative sourcing tactics are used on a weekly basis
    • College, Diversity, Military, and other targeted recruiting tactics are deployed
    • Community Sources are set up and provide hires on a consistent basis
    • Wage subsidy programs are found and utilized as appropriate
    • Branch Staff meetings are conducted on a weekly basis
    • Weekly recruitment reports are pulled from iCIMS and used as a management tool to target critical accounts and recruitment efforts
    • New recruiters and recruitment support staff are hired and trained appropriately
  • Ensure recruiting managers/recruiters comply with contracts, state licensing, federal agency/employment law (EEOC, OFCCP), and other regulatory requirements related to recruitment
  • Work with Operational leadership to provide guidance and directives to ensure hiring managers are participating in iCIMS and the selection and placement process in a timely and appropriate manner
  • Manage regional recruitment budget to ensure appropriate advertising methods are used for best Return on Investment (ROI)
  • Work in partnership with Operations to manage Clients in areas related to recruitment and retention activities:
    • Participate in sales presentations (when appropriate)
    • Assist in managing client expectations around recruitment challenges
    • Ensure client concerns are addressed, acted on, and improved in a reasonable time frame
    • Hold recruiting managers/recruiters accountable for understanding and complying with individual contract requirements
  • Selection and placement of new recruiting team members; design and implement career development as well as performance improvement programs

QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):

  • Must possess one or more of the following:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
    • Associate’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field with a minimum of four (4) years in a management role within a large service related private sector organization
    • High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of six (6) years in a management role within a large service-related private sector organization
  • Minimum of (4) years of experience recruiting in a high-volume, full-life cycle recruiting environment
  • Experience in sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal parameters, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence
  • Experience with an Applicant tracking system, preferably iCIMS
  • Highly resourceful, leveraging existing technology to source candidates through social media, employee lists from the competitive landscape, on-line networking, internet, and other website functions
  • Polished written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate clear direction and expectations; modify messaging based on audience (executive, team, candidate etc.)
  • Able to create and foster collaborative consultative relationships with hiring managers; high service delivery with consistent and constant communication
  • Dedicated effort to the candidate experience; able to effectively communicate with and recruit passive job seekers and share the value of joining the organization
  • Strong initiative and solid judgment to provide coaching, manage candidates and influence hiring managers
  • Demonstrated accountability for individual performance and the performance of the team in a collaborative team environment with shared responsibilities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):

  • Recruiting or Sourcing Certification (i.e., AIRS CIR etc.)
