Job Description

Contract Duration: 8 months

Pay rate: $20/hr

Independently facilitates the recruiting process providing technical and logistical support to a team of recruiters. Prepares candidate information packages, schedules interviews and coordinates logistical requirements. Coordinates pay operations changes for successful candidates. May pre-screen applicants under general direction from recruiters. Individual contributor, entry level position with 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred. 

Responsible for providing staffing/recruiting support by completing a wide range of general administrative duties including but not limited to: facilitating candidate flow through hiring process, managing the candidate assessment process, scheduling interviews and managing candidate data. 

The Recruiting Coordinator also supports the recruiter, hiring manager and candidate/applicant throughout the recruiting process including compliance activities required to commence employment. 

Qualifications
  • 1-2 years relevant experience 
  • Proficiency with Taleo 
  • Proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook,) 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build solid relationships characterized by mutual respect, understanding, and trust 
  • Ability to collaborate among team members and business partners; contribute ideas, opinions, and skills toward the achievement of a common goal 
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; think rationally and logically despite considerable demands 
  • Demonstrate capacity to change actions or behaviors in order to get the job done 
  • Ability to effectively identify issues and solve problems 
  • Possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate sense of urgency on tasks that are time-sensitive or process critical 

Desired Skills 

  • Previous experience in recruiting or other area within human resources 
  • Understanding of employee selection practices 
  • Previous experience with an applicant tracking system 
  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree
