Position Overview:


Synergy Family Services, Inc. is seeking a motivated and results-driven Human Resources Recruiter to join our HR Department. This role is responsible for sourcing, engaging, and recruiting qualified candidates through job fairs, online platforms, and community outreach. The HR Recruiter plays a critical role in supporting workforce growth by building strong candidate pipelines, assisting with intern-to-employee transitions, and aligning recruitment efforts with organizational staffing needs, particularly within OMHC and PRP programs.


Position Details:
Job Title: Human Resources Recruiter
Employment Type: Part-Time, 1099 Contractor
Schedule: Approximately 10 hours per week
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (remote with in-person attendance at job fairs and outreach events)
Compensation: $26.00 per hour


Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend job fairs, career fairs, and community recruitment events (2-3 per month) to represent Synergy Family Services
  • Conduct recruitment outreach through LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks
  • Post, manage, and update job listings across recruitment platforms
  • Source and engage qualified candidates to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
  • Support recruitment of OMHC clinicians, PRP staff, and DCS roles, ensuring alignment with program requirements
  • Support intern engagement and retention efforts, including promoting internal employment opportunities
  • Collaborate with HR and department leaders to assess staffing needs and recruitment priorities
  • Assist in strengthening recruitment branding and organizational visibility
  • Track recruitment activity and provide regular updates to HR leadership
  • Support administrative recruitment tasks, including candidate follow-up and tracking
  • Meet regularly with the HR and Training Manager to review recruitment progress and priorities
  • Collaborate with the HR and Training Manager on recruitment-related projects and initiatives
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of HR and organizational needs


Qualifications & Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field preferred
  • Prior experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources required
  • Experience recruiting for behavioral health roles, including OMHC clinicians, PRP staff, and DCS positions strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with clinical roles such as therapists, counselors, and support staff preferred
  • Experience with LinkedIn recruiting and job board platforms strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of behavioral health or healthcare staffing is highly desirable
